How it works

Three simple steps — and you’re in control the whole way.

Choose Scheduled & Save

On eligible pet food, choose “Scheduled & Save”, then select every 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 or 12 weeks. These intervals are order and payment dates; normal delivery times apply.
Authorise repeat payments

Choose an available recurring card payment provider at checkout and authorise future payments. Your first payment is taken at checkout, with repeat orders charged on your chosen schedule. No subscription discount applies.
Manage your schedule

View your next order, edit your basket, change frequency, skip, pause or cancel future orders in My Account. Card details are handled securely by your chosen payment provider.
