Directions for use:
Use only as directed.
Drontal may be administered directly, or mixed with meat, or crushed and mixed with the feed. Feeding or fast-ing before treatment is not necessary.
- Small breeds: e.g. Pekingese, Maltese, Pug, Chihuahua and puppies (0,5 to 10 kg).
- Medium breeds: e.g. Spaniel, Corgi and larger-breed pup- pies (11 to 20 kg).
- Large breeds: e.g. Rottweiler, Doberman and German Shepherd (21 to 40 kg).
- Extra-large breeds: e.g. St Bernard, Pyrenean Mountain Dog and Great Dane (over 40 kg).

Puppies should be dewormed every two weeks from the age of 2 to 12 weeks and at regular intervals of 3 to 6 months thereafter to control worm infestations. Consult a veterinarian before treating sick or convalescing dogs. Drontal® may be given safely to all dogs, including old animals, young pups, working dogs, greyhounds and even to pregnant bitches, especially 10 days before whelping.
Giardiasis: Administer at the recommended dosage for 2 consecutive days.
Composition:
- Medium: Praziquantel 50 mg, febantel 150 mg, pyran- tel embonate 144 mg per tablet.
- Large: Praziquantel 175 mg, febantel 525 mg, pyr- antel embonate 504 mg per tablet.
